P4Health Consortium: Partners in Precision Health
Who’s shaping the future of P4Health?
Every successful project is powered by a strong team—and P4Health is no exception. Our consortium unites three research institutions from across Europe, each contributing unique expertise and perspective to advance healthcare to be more predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory.

Łukasiewicz – PORT (Poland)
Łukasiewicz – PORT in Wrocław coordinates the P4Health project, overseeing both its scientific direction and organizational progress. The institute is building the Center of Excellence, advancing technological platforms, shaping the research agenda, and supporting talent development.
Its interdisciplinary teams connect biomedical research, advanced analytics, and materials science to develop tools that improve health outcomes and ensure that innovative ideas move beyond the lab to deliver real-world impact. Łukasiewicz – PORT coordinates integration of project and external resources, while partners actively contribute across all work packages.

CERBM Strasbourg (France)
As a key research centre in the French biotechnology ecosystem, CERBM brings deep expertise in molecular and cellular biology. The team’s work in understanding biological mechanisms helps P4Health explore how diseases develop and how they can be prevented.
Their translational research approach ensures that discoveries in the lab move closer to benefiting patients and healthcare systems. The team builds durable relationships with industry — supporting technology transfer, commercialization, and the future creation of a biomedical technology incubator.

King’s College London (United Kingdom)
King’s College London contributes leading expertise in oncology, clinical research, and data-driven healthcare. The team will share its extensive experience and support the development of effective patient-outreach strategies. KCL will also help build a stronger biobanking culture in Poland and assist in implementing a code of practice for engaging clinics in R&D, strengthening the bedside-to-bench-and-back research pathway.
Together, Łukasiewicz – PORT, CERBM Strasbourg, and King’s College London form a truly collaborative network—uniting science, innovation, and data to deepen our understanding of health and improve lives across Europe.
