P4Health Advisory Boards Structure and Responsibilities

P4Health Advisory Boards

The P4Health Advisory Boards will play a vital role in ensuring that the Centre consistently upholds the highest standards of scientific excellence, industrial relevance, and societal responsibility.

To provide comprehensive guidance across all aspects of the initiative, three dedicated advisory bodies will be established:

  • International Scientific Committee (ISC) – an independent panel of distinguished external experts overseeing the scientific integrity, quality, and progress of the Centre’s research.
  • Industry Advisory Board (IAB) – providing strategic insights into industrial trends, innovation opportunities, and pathways for collaboration with the private sector.
  • Societal and Ethics Advisory Board (SEAB) – advising on the ethical, legal, and societal dimensions of P4Health’s activities to ensure that its work remains inclusive, responsible, and aligned with public values.

The P4Health Advisory Boards will play a vital role in ensuring that the Centre consistently upholds the highest standards of scientific excellence, industrial relevance, and societal responsibility.

Operating in a consultative capacity, the Advisory Boards will offer strategic recommendations, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and support the Operational Committee in decision-making. Their combined expertise will be essential for shaping the long-term vision of P4Health and enhancing the quality, relevance, and societal impact of its research and innovation agenda.
