What working at P4Health looks like
P4Health operates on the research campus of Łukasiewicz – PORT in Wrocław, home to a vibrant biotech and IT sector and to collaborative networks spanning materials science, diagnostics, and life sciences. The center works in close partnership with King’s College London and CERBM in Strasbourg, which means regular opportunities for international collaboration, short stays at partner institutions, and participation in joint projects.
For early-career researchers, P4Health offers doctoral fellowships linked to specific research programs, postdoctoral positions within research groups, and access to a structured career development program—including scientific training, project management workshops, mentoring, and stays at international partner institutions. For experienced scientists, open positions for research group leaders and platform engineers are announced through international competitive processes following the guidelines of the European Charter for Researchers.
